Core Responsibilities

The Chief Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational, administrative, and strategic aspects of the sugar mill.

1. Operational Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of milling, refining, and packaging processes.
  • Monitor production targets and maintain high efficiency levels.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery.

2. Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Oversee sugarcane procurement and maintain farmer relations.
  • Manage transportation and storage of raw and processed materials.

3. Financial Oversight

  • Work with the finance department to prepare budgets and control costs.
