Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe dictated medical notes from doctors and specialists.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
- Format and edit medical reports for clarity and accuracy.
- Review transcriptions for grammar, spelling, and medical terminology correctness.
- Work closely with medical staff to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent listening and typing speed (minimum 50 WPM preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and transcription software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills for coordination with medical professionals.
